Step 2: Log in to Your Dashboard

# Use your email and password to log in to your Publisher Dashboard

# From here, you can:

View your published titles

Upload new eBooks

Track sales and royalties

Edit book details or prices

Access marketing tools

Step 3: Upload an eBook

# Go to “Upload New eBook”

# Fill in the Book Details:

Title

Author name

Language

Category/Genre

Description

Keywords/Tags for search visibility

# Upload Files:

PDF file of the book

Cover Image (JPG/PNG, recommended size: 1600x2400 px)

# Set the Price:

Enter the selling price

Optional: enable discount or promotional price

#Submit for publishing

The book will be reviewed (if moderation is active)

Once approved, it goes live on the platform

Step 4: Monitor Sales & Earnings

# Go to the Sales/Reports section on your dashboard

# View:

Daily, weekly, monthly sales

Earnings summary

Download detailed CSV reports

Payouts will be issued monthly to your registered bank account (minimum threshold applies)

Step 5: Edit or Update Published eBooks

# Go to “My Books”

# Select a title and click Edit

# You can update:

Book description

Price

Cover image

Upload a revised version of the eBook

Your readers will be notified if there are significant content updates.

Step 6: Promote Your eBook

# Use your custom Book Link to share on:

Social Media (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram)

WhatsApp, Telegram, Email campaigns

Your website or blog

# Create Discount Coupons or limited-time offers

# Participate in BrOwn promotions or seasonal campaigns

Step 7: Get Help & Support

# Access the Help Center via your dashboard

# You can:

Raise a support ticket

Chat with support (if live chat is enabled)

Browse FAQs and tutorials

Step 8: Account Compliance & Maintenance

# Follow platform Content Guidelines (no piracy, plagiarism, or offensive material)

# Maintain account activity to keep your free access valid

# Upgrade your plan after 1-year free access if continuing

Step 3: Select eBooks to Sell

# Go to the “Choose eBooks” section

# Browse all available eBooks on the platform

# Select:

Specific eBooks you want to feature

Or choose “All Available eBooks” to auto-list all books

# Click “Add to My eStore” to make them visible in your store

Step 4: Share Your eStore Link

# Your unique eStore link will look like:

# Promote this link via:

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, X (Twitter)

Website, blog, or email newsletters

# Go to Settings > Customize eStore

# Add:

eStore logo

Welcome message

Social media handles

Featured books or categories

This helps build your brand identity and trust among customers.

Step 7: Get Support if Needed

# Use the Support Center in your dashboard to:

# Raise a query or report an issue

Access help articles

Use live chat (if enabled)

Step 8: Maintain Account Compliance

# Sell books ethically — no spamming or misleading promotions

# Do not attempt to edit or redistribute any book content

Step 2: Log in to Your Affiliate Dashboard

# Use your credentials to access the Affiliate Dashboard

# From here, you can:

Browse and select eBooks to promote

Generate affiliate links

Track your sales and commissions

View payment reports

Step 3: Choose eBooks to Promote

# Browse the platform's full eBook catalog

# Select specific eBooks that align with your audience

# Click “Generate Affiliate Link” for each selected eBook

# Your link will look like:

Step 4: Promote Affiliate Links

# Share your unique affiliate links on:

Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, WhatsApp)

Your blog, website, or YouTube channel

Emails, SMS, Telegram, or other platforms

More visibility = more chances of earning commissions.

Step 5: Earn Commissions

# Every time someone buys an eBook using your affiliate link, you earn a commission (percentage decided by BrOwn ePlatform)

# You can track:

Clicks

Conversions

Commissions earned

# Go to your “Earnings Report” tab for detailed stats and downloadable reports.

Step 6: Get Paid

# Payouts are made monthly (or as per platform policy)

# Minimum payout threshold applies (e.g., ₹200 or $5)

# Payouts are sent to your bank account or UPI ID as provided

# From your dashboard, go to the Help/Support section
